MS41 Custom FI Calibration — M52 / S52

Custom bespoke OEM ECU calibration for BMW MS41-equipped M52/S52 engines.

This product is for Undisputed custom calibration work on Siemens MS41 factory ECU vehicles. It is intended for mechanically sound cars that are ready for live calibration, whether remote or local.

Included With Calibration

• Up to 2–3 hours of scheduled calibration time
• Fuel, ignition, VANOS, and drivability optimization where applicable
• Live revision support during the scheduled session
• One follow-up refinement session if required and vehicle configuration remains unchanged

Vehicle Readiness Requirement

The vehicle must be mechanically sound before the calibration appointment. Mechanical issues, wiring faults, fueling limitations, vacuum/boost leaks, overheating, incorrect sensor calibration, or incomplete installations may delay or prevent completion.

Additional diagnostic or calibration time required due to vehicle-related issues is billed separately. If the car is mechanically unfit and delays happen, additional time must be purchased for the same day if available or for a future session.

Additional Diagnostic / Calibration Time

• Remote support: $100/hr
• Local or dyno support: $125/hr

Dyno Sessions

Dyno rental fees are billed separately and paid directly to the dyno facility unless otherwise stated. Remote dyno sessions require reliable logging, wideband feedback, and communication during the session.

Mobile / Local Calibration

Local calibration includes travel within 25 miles. Travel outside the included service area may require an additional travel fee: 25–50 miles +$50, 50–100 miles +$100, 100+ miles custom quote.

This is a custom calibration service, not an off-the-shelf file. Results depend on vehicle condition, modifications, fuel quality, and data quality.
