Dodge/Jeep/Ram HEMI Custom Tuning
Custom HP Tuners calibration for supported naturally aspirated and supercharged HEMI vehicles, built around the engine hardware, fuel, transmission, tire/gear changes, and intended use.
Supported applications
Common 2005–2024 Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger/Challenger/Durango, Jeep Grand Cherokee/Wrangler/Gladiator and Ram applications using supported 5.7L, 6.1L, 6.4L or 6.2L HEMI powertrains.
Supported control units and access
Common controller families include supported NGC, GPEC2, GPEC2A and related Mopar PCMs, depending on model year. HP Tuners publishes broad vehicle coverage. HexProg II and OBDSTAR publish bench coverage for selected Mopar controllers, and StageX lists DTC or mappack support for selected GPEC families. Most 2015+ vehicles require a separately unlocked PCM; 2018+ applications may also require a Smart Access Cable. Exact vehicle, controller, operating system, licensing credits, and unlock requirements are confirmed after purchase. Support is based on the installed controller—not the badge or model year alone.
Choose the service level
- Calibration Level: Select the option matching the installed hardware. Stage names define service scope, not a guaranteed power figure.
- Drivetrain Service: Engine-only or engine plus a supported transmission calibration.
- DTC Review: Choose no DTC changes or a review of supported non-emissions diagnostic codes. This option does not include disabling required emissions or safety systems on street vehicles.
Included service
- Build, fuel, hardware, stock-file, and readiness review
- One confirmed hardware configuration and one primary fuel setup
- Scheduled remote connection or file workflow, datalog review, calibration changes, and revisions inside the purchased time block
- Fuel, ignition, airflow/load, torque, boost, throttle, drivability, and supported transmission strategies as applicable
Included time: Stage 1 — up to 3 hours. Stage 2 — up to 4 hours. Camshaft Build — up to 5 hours. Forced Induction — up to 6 hours. Time includes setup review, connecting, logging, calibration work, revisions, troubleshooting, and communication.
After purchase and scheduling
Our team will email the address used at checkout to confirm the vehicle, ECU/TCU, hardware, fuel, tuning goals, required files, and an available appointment time. Text or phone follow-up may be used when needed. Sessions are scheduled in Eastern Time.
Before the appointment
The vehicle must be mechanically complete, leak-free, fueled correctly, and ready to produce repeatable logs. HP Tuners hardware, vehicle credits, cables, controller unlocks or exchanges, bench services, and dyno rental are separate unless specifically stated.
Time and revision policy
This is a scheduled professional service, not an open-ended support window. Mechanical faults, connection problems, incomplete hardware, or incorrect fuel can consume the purchased time. Work beyond the included block must be purchased as Additional Calibration Time and scheduled before tuning continues. Major hardware or fuel changes may require additional time or a new calibration.
Specific power is not guaranteed. Results depend on vehicle condition, hardware, fuel quality, environment, and safe operating limits. Customers are responsible for legal and emissions compliance.
